Welcome to the wild west of cuisineHealdsburg’s premier steak house

Located in the heart of historic Healdsburg Plaza, Goodnight’s Prime Steak + Spirits is a local pioneer in a new frontier of classic Western-styling steakhouse dining experiences. With a robust selection of bourbons and an expansive wine list, our restaurant delivers an adventurous cocktail program. And don’t forget about our unforgettable options of the finest chops in the area. Like our namesake, trailblazing Texas Ranger Charles Goodnight, a meal with friends is unflappable and one of a kind. So, what are you waiting for? Join us for a great night at Goodnight's.

Our trailblazing rangerCharles
Goodnight

Goodnight's combines a pioneer’s rugged toughness with the latest technologies, always adapting to offer the best dining experience possible. We proudly embody that spirit from Texas Ranger Charles Goodnight. A cowboy-entrepreneur, Goodnight founded the first Texas Panhandle ranch, JA Ranch and was instrumental to blazing cattle trails through and around the Panhandle. His contribution to the culinary world was the invention of the chuckwagon, a portable covered field kitchen to feed ranchers and rustlers along the cattle trails, one of which was named after him. You could consider Goodnight the founder of the first food truck!
